This total control of the workflow ensures that his original image visualisation is carried through the production stages to the finished print.
Images are printed on what Andris believes to be the highest archival quality materials available. He prints his images on the latest generation Epson SC P7000 printer useing the new Ultrachrome HDX pigment inks that show a significant advance over older generation inks. Several Archival quality acid free papers are used, the main one being the 310gms matt surfaced Canson Infinity Rag Photographique. Their superior lightfastness, wide colour gamut and high degree of stability ensures that a print framed using acid free, museum quality materials and museum quality UV glass will have a display life much longer than conventional photographic papers. As a protective coating and additional UV protection, Andris sprays the print with two coats of Art Premier Print Shield. Please note however, that all art works will fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
